It all began with a dream of quenching the thirst of our community and nourishing the seeds of progress. Through tireless fundraising efforts and the support of our donors, that dream became a reality.
The drilling of the well, reaching a depth of up to 900 feet, symbolized our commitment to going the extra mile, to delving deep to unearth the life-giving resource that sustains us all. With meticulous planning and execution, we installed a robust tank with a capacity of 2600 gallons, ensuring a steady supply of water even in times of scarcity.
But we didn't stop there – fueled by our relentless pursuit of excellence, we harnessed the power of solar energy to pump water from the earth into the waiting arms of our community. With each drop that flows from the well into the holding tank, we reaffirm our dedication to sustainability and innovation.
Today, our community water well stands as a lifeline for 310 families, each receiving the precious gift of 10 gallons of clean drinking water every single day. It is living proof of the transformative power of collective action, and the belief that together, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve any dream.
